Special Features & Unique Opportunities

We are a community hospital associated with both MSU medical schools. We have minimal competing residencies. We are the only hospital in the county, so ED sees a diverse socioeconomic population and exposure to diverse pathology. Our 4-year curriculum is ready for any ACGME change and provides a complete educational opportunity. Residents also rotate at Trinity Grand Rapids, an urban hospital which sees the highest number of penetrating trauma in the city. Located on the shore of Lake Michigan.
