Greenfield Family Medicine is a community-based, university-affiliated 6-6-6 program, based in Greenfield, MA, on the Baystate Franklin Medical Center campus. Our "rurban" program is outpatient based, with a focus on integrated Behavioral Health, Procedural Skills, Addiction Medicine, Outpatient Pediatrics, Community Medicine and Engagement and LGBTQ and Gender Affirming care.
