Welcome to the NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency (NHDFMR). We are a community-based program at Concord Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. Our residency's educational structure focuses on educating future family physicians in a setting that strives to maintain the joy in providing primary care to our patients. This is done by creating a structure that emphasizes the tenets of primary care which includes providing accessible, continuous, coordinated and comprehensive care to our patients.
