The Samaritan RTP is located in beautiful Newport, Oregon on the Pacific Ocean. Residents will spend their first year in Corvallis, Oregon and their second and third years at Pacific Communities Hospital. Our patients live in a wide range of communities with a focus on rural medicine. We aim to recruit and mentor emotionally intelligent residents that are curious, motivated, growth oriented, and resilient as they develop the skills and knowledge to care for patients across the lifespan.
