The mission of the Lancaster General Hospital Geriatric Medicine Fellowship program is to train physicians to become expert clinicians, educators, and advocates in the care of older adults across a variety of settings. Our program is dedicated to advancing health equity and fostering excellence in geriatric training through evidence-based care grounded in compassion, interprofessional collaboration, and responsiveness to the needs of vulnerable older adult populations.
