The Natividad Family Medicine Residency is a UCSF-affiliated, unopposed 10-10-10 program at the county hospital in Salinas, CA. We offer rigorous, full-spectrum training with strong inpatient, obstetric, and procedural experience. Rooted in social justice and advocacy, residents care for immigrant farmworkers, incarcerated individuals, people experiencing homelessness, and those with substance use disorders. Our continuity clinic is an FQHC. Graduates lead in rural, urban, and global health.
