Special Features & Unique Opportunities
Our program is located in the bicultural city of Laredo, in southwest Texas, along the U.S.-Mexico border. Our patient population is underserved, predominantly Hispanic, and Spanish-speaking. Our program offers Electronic Medical Record dictation, hospital meal allowance, online Spanish curriculum, translation services, university junior faculty appointment, CME days, and membership to ACOI and ACP.
