The Western Reserve Hospital IM Program fosters resident autonomy and attending physician engagement in a community-based institution. We develop highly competent and compassionate hospitalists and primary care physicians in a unique physician-owned hospital. Faculty supplement resident training with insights into the business of medicine. Candidates for our program are looking for a community hospital training experience. They will have integrity, solid scores, and eagerness to learn and work.
