Special Features & Unique Opportunities

Although we have almost every internal medicine subspecialty at Womack, we also send our residents to the University of North Carolina for CCU/ICU rotations. We have a structured mentorship program with assigned mentors and regular mentorship meetings and a structured wellness program with lectures devoted to topics that help set a resident up for success (such as money management and Army career management). Lastly, our strongest suit has been our faculty who are all dedicated to the program.
