Our medium-sized academic residency program at Advocate Children's Hospital - Park Ridge offers residents significant autonomy across a wide range of clinical settings. From the start of training, residents are entrusted with meaningful responsibility in both inpatient and outpatient care, including high-acuity environments such as the PICU and NICU. They manage complex cases, lead multidisciplinary teams, and participate in transport triage and emergency stabilization.
