They psychiatry residency program at VUMC has a stand alone psychiatric hospital embedded in a large and thriving academic center. The psychiatric hospital offers specialized inpatient units for treatment of psychotic disorders, mood disorders, geriatric and substance use disorders on the adult side and dedicated child and adolescent units. The hospital also houses our partial and intensive outpatient programs, outpatient clinics, and dedicated neuromodulation suite.
