ResidencyMatch.AI is an AI-powered platform designed to assist medical students and graduates in identifying residency programs that align with their qualifications and preferences. Our Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such usage would be unlawful or subject us to compliance obligations. We do not comply with HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA, or similar regulations. If your use is subject to those regulations, you may not use our Services.

Disclaimer: Use of ResidencyMatch.AI does not guarantee acceptance into any residency program, interview invitations, or any particular outcome. All decisions regarding residency interviews, matches, and offers are made solely by the respective programs and are outside the control of ResidencyMatch.AI.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, databases, and branding elements provided by ResidencyMatch.AI are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may access the Services and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish, exploit, or reverse-engineer our Services or Content without express permission.

3. Your Submissions and Contributions

By submitting any feedback, suggestions, reviews, or user content ("Contributions"), you grant us full rights to use and distribute such content for any lawful purpose. Contributions must be lawful and not violate third-party rights or our content guidelines.

4. User-Generated Contributions

When you post Contributions, you affirm that you have the rights to do so and that your content does not infringe on any laws or the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion for violations.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not misuse the Services, including engaging in automated data scraping, uploading malicious code, violating laws, impersonating others, or harassing users or staff. Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

6. Third-Party Websites and Content

ResidencyMatch.AI may link to third-party content or services, which we do not control or endorse. We are not liable for your use of such content. Please review third-party terms before engaging with their services.

7. Services Management

We reserve the right to manage the Services, including removing excessive or inappropriate content, disabling access, or reporting violations to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor all activity.

8. Privacy Policy

By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy (https://www.residencymatch.ai/privacy-policy) and to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

9. DMCA Notice

If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notification to support@residencymatch.ai with all required information as outlined in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

10. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason. Banned users may not register under a new identity. Legal action may be pursued for serious violations.

11. Modifications and Interruptions

We may change or discontinue the Services at any time. While we aim for reliability, we are not liable for outages, errors, or content updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County, California.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days following written notice of the dispute.

14. Corrections

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on the Services at any time without notice.

15. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties and are not responsible for errors, data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party content.

16. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 3 months, or $100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

17. User Data

We are not liable for loss or corruption of user data. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

18. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic signatures are legally binding.

19. SMS Text Messaging

Reply "STOP" to opt out of SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact support@residencymatch.ai for help.

21. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ResidencyMatch.AI. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign our rights at any time.
